For the gods are invoked by the whirling of the heart. It is the thumos of mortals that beckons and then awakens within themselves the pathos of the gods. Guided by logos, conceived by thumos and evoked by eros. Behold the formula of the whirling of the heart, that mighty whirlpool of the cosmos. As above so below...
